Windows version requires DirectX and the installer provided also offers to install Bing Bar, as an extra option during setup. You may want to uncheck that option!
Installation
From installer:- Download avsb-setup-0.3.1.1.exe
- Double click on avsb-setup-0.3.1.1.exe to start installation
- Double click on AVSB icon created by installer, to play the game.
From portable zip:
- Download avsb-0.3.1.1-win.zip
- Unpack avsb-0.3.1.1-win.zip to a convenient location
- (optional*) Double click on dotnet452websetup.exe inside Components folder, to install .Net 4.5.2
- (optional*) Double click on dxwebsetup.exe inside Components folder, to install required DirectX components
- Double click AVSB/GBGameWinDX.exe inside , to play the game
For Linux:
It requires a graphic card that supports OpenGL 3.0 and you have to have mono installed.
- Download and unpack tar.gz archive
- Install mono if you don't already have it installed
sudo apt-get install mono-complete - run:
mono AVSB/GBGameDeskGL.exe
Please bring back the linux version :(

I like Hannah & the library so far :) My feedback is: some indicators for Hannah's affection in the GUI would be useful. It's hard to tell when I should start "admiring" her.
DeleteThank you! I'll have to think of some indicators, but I don't know if those will be in the toolbar as there will be many more girls in the future. I am thinking of, maybe, adding a button that will open a list of girls you met and relationship level. That may work, but I need to find a plausible way to display information about what is unlocked and not as I don't think it will be ok if I'll just write something like: "she will accept to be admired when relationship reaches 24 points".
DeleteI like the idea of the button. I was going to suggest something similiar. If you remember I was suggesting already something like a collection screen for all oppurtunities you have reached, which shows you were you stand and what you have to do.
DeleteFor the girls (or all others persons) the MC meets I suggest a little black booklet, which collects all information about the people you know, with all juice details and so on.
I like this idea! Like some sort of dossier secret services have on us :). Right?

ReplyDeleteNo, there is no Mac version yet. I developed the game in such a way that it will (or at least should) be running on Mac too but, in order to actually compile and test it, I'll need to have a Mac on which to compile, and I don't own one. I'll be having one at some point, but for the very near future there won't be a Mac version.

Thank you for your interest. So far very few people showed any interest in the yoga studio, so I didn't developed it further. It isn't currently open but if I'll implement it in the next few releases.
DeleteI'll need to prepare a few more characters in order to organize the opening party, so it may take some time. That party is important, as it is the starting point of a few side-stories, but also are the stories of Hannah, Zoey and Yvonne (library). I can't give you a definitive road-map, as priorities change according to feedback I get, but right now my plan is to develop Hannah, Zoey and Yvonne first and then prepare the opening party. After that, I plan to implement the yoga studio per say.
